Our engineers are Passivhaus Institut certified, demonstrating expertise in the correct approach to building fabric and passive measures as well as in all areas of Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Design, Energy Auditing and BER Certification. At Ramsay Cox & Associates, our philosophy is based on delivering truly sustainable building services solutions to our valued clientele.
Our partners have delivered numerous sustainable low-energy developments, including the Green Building in Temple Bar and the Civic Offices Combined Heat and Power system with its extensive District Heating System, Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council’s Passivhaus Enerphit development at Rochestown House and are proud to be involved in Ireland’s largest Passivhaus-Certified Residential Development at Silken Park. Ramsay Cox & Associates possess particular expertise in the complex and sensitive design of services within Protected Structures and National Monuments, with particular focus on the integration of active renewable measures appropriate to each individual project.
